Paint does not hold up well on wheels. They take quite a beating.

Powder coating on the other hand is very durable, and will add less weight to the wheels.

I would google search, and ask around in your area, any respectable powder coater could coat a set of wheels relatively quickly.

Yes I know of powder coating but can they color match to the OEM paint. I have two cars with powder coated wheels and they are very durable. This is not a daily. I just want them to match the car.

They should be able to match the paint, though I can't be positive.

If you do decide to go with paint, Im sure any decent body shop would be capable of color matching the wheels.

I've heard good things about Wheels America. I plan on taking my wheels their for renewing and updating the color.

Edit: from their website:Q10. Can you paint my wheels the same color as my car?A10. Yes, each location has a computerized paint mixing station that allows us to virtually match any color.
