Just curious, why rebuild the turbo? Why not just an upgrade? I could be misinformed but I thought the T25s were not worth the rebuild because I better one was almost same price.

Not only you ask such retarded questions, its not even specific... Do some research before posting on any topic.

Anyways. Good job so far. I hope it the engine will be fine. Osaka...sigh.

Thats not true! Shiit if i had the money i would've upgraded to a sr t25/t28, gt28rs, etc. etc. but it was actually less expensive to just rebuild the stock unit. I did it myself, the engine and turbo also seem to run well. Considering my 92 240SX had the twin cam KA with an output of about 150hp~ and the CA w/ rebuilt t25 will put out in the 1705hp~ range! That alone is an upgrade and not a bad trade off. My bottom end is built to handle a lot of hp, all i need is a bigger turbo, some kind of ignition control and fuel management. For a lot of us, it depends on the depth's of our pockets!

Yo burntricer great job so far dude! You did a lot of your things quick! Lookin good! Get that shiit running!

i may even copy you and not even go intercooled for a week or so until my FMIC comes in

i gotta tie up some loose ends, i gotta get my flywheel re-surfaced, and the clutch for the KA, (im using a stock KA clutch), boost controller, rear main seal, ect.

Wow thats so funny my motor was exactly like yours I got mine from osaka too. I had a cut harness but I told them to send me another one and after I talked to some Chris guy that worked there for like two weeks i finally got them to send me another one with a new coil pack cover because they didn't send one with the motor!!!
