Im New / S12???

Hey yall, Im new.? Ive been into 240's/Silvias for about 2 years now and im desperately looking for a Zenki S14 in my area for under $5000. Im from club240 so dont expect any stupid questions, But when i looked at this thread i saw the word "S12" among the other familiar models of silvias/240's. Ive neve heard of one? Anyone from East TN btw?

the s12 is a 200sx, prior to the 89 240sx...it kinda looks like an 86 at least in my opinion, i believe it has a na 6 cylinder motor and a turbo 4 cylinder, i might be wrong so someone please correct me if i am. hope that helps

Yeah Drifter is right some are V6(not much made), but most of them are 4 cylinder. Friend of mine has one with a V6 still running with 260K on the motor. They were called 200sx which came out before '89.

just do a search on yahoo or something and to my knowledge i believe they are making an s16, there were concept pics flying around here somewhere alittle while ago...there's a search button on the top right of this site, type in "s16" something should come up

Yeah, I remember those picture going around. I think i even saw one in Supper Street, but the fact of the matter is if you dont hear it straight from Nissan it is most likely not going to happen, but i guess i hope it does. I mean 300zxer's got the 350. We should have a S16, lol. Ill search for the S12 btw.

OMG, Forget 86's, S12's are the **** ! I cant tell in the picture but did they make them USDM or JDM or both?

i believe they made them in both, and if you think that one looks nice you should see the panda ones, look just like 86's i get confused sometimes cause this guy i went to high school with has one and for the longest time thought it was an 86, go figure.

Yeah the S12's came with a VG30, and CA18et in them. I have family in Piney Flats so Im up there about once every month or so.

My freind had a special S12 in japan with the FJ20ET factory. The S12 are hard to come by my friend had another one here in the states with a CA18ET, not much but not that bad. It was rusted out pretty bad though.

My boyfriend used to have an s12 200sx, CA18ET...I never saw it, but I like them, and would take one if I had extra money to put into a project.

I think i heard of guys running around with either vq or vg 30 det's in s12's . Can anybody confirm or negate this?

S13 + S14 = FUGLY

There's a S12 at my school I always see in the parking lot, wonder if the guy knows what he has? BTW I also thought it was the 200SX, but I found out USDM ones were sold as Sentras.
