Never seen a S11 either. I liked the one with the S14 because, well it was a S14, the music wasnt bad, and the rain did make it different. just not very action packed. I gusse i like the first one with the Rx-7.Chingon wrote:which of the 3 civic battles? The last 2 were decent. The s14 was kinda crappy i think, but the rain did give it an extra spice...
Btw, i see some s11's sometimes around here...

not true w/ the turbo VG thing. the VG30ET's crossover pipe doesn't clear the firewall. I've heard tons of stories of people "working on the problem" but have yet to see one. Most people go CA18DET, modify the CA18ET, or occasionally drop in an SR.nissandrift wrote:Ive heard of a few turbo VG30's, and a few other common swaps are the ca18det and sr20det. They all fit without to much work.
I wouldn't go that far either...dfw240_EE wrote:Yes, I do think the 86 is ugly. I was considering trying to find an 86 as opposed to the S13. It's what I told mom while looking for cars: "It's uglier than sin, but it's a hell of a sports car".
that thing looks really small and cramed inJ-Spec Tuner wrote:S12 200sx availible with:VG30ECA18ETCA20E (the 8 spark plug wonder turd)
The s12 silvia had the FJ20ET (dual over head cam, before they started using the "D" designation) over-seas.
And yes a CA18DET will look very at home inside a S12 engine bay.
Here is a sweet FJ20ET:
