I was gonna try and see if I could get it for around $1000 but it looks like they're gonna be pretty firm about it. I check the classifieds every now and then to see if there's any reduction in the price or for other S12s. I saw 3 other hatches for sale for cheap but the posters barely provided any info or pics! I don't feel like making unnecessary trips. I've done it before, lesson learned.

The problem is, I have 2 dilemmas:1) I need to find a daily beater before anything else. I need something I don't have to worry about. My vert can only take so much abuse.

2) I'm looking for a notchback and as I'm sure you're aware of, they're more uncommon than the hatches. However, if nothing comes up, I'll be more than happy to settle for a hatch. I'm not going after a turbo model either. I'm looking at the V6s.

I'll have to probably put my search on the back burner for a while until I get everything straightened out. My money also has to go towards other stuff so it'll definitely have to wait. Unless my parents want to be uber-nice to me this Christmas...
aah, bummer you cuoldnt get sean's but he sold it to a friend...and you know the SE (vg equiped) was only in a hatch for 2 yrs right? 87-88 and in limited production. under 10k made.

and dont spend that much on an auto XE lol you'll hate yourself for it

that 240z has made its rounds. it's sexy as all hell! i love the jdm cars from the 60's and 70's. the old skylines, z's, 510's and celicas are all beautiful. add an rb to the z or a 2jz to the celica and you're talking a potent, classy, sexy automobile.

i'd like to get into those classic jdm platforms in the future if i can when i'm a little older and have enough patience to do restoration work.

Cool. You can build me a dime with a nice motor and A/C. I'm not picking it up during the winter, though.

After owning and/or driving just about every type of car. I would stick with Nissan and pick up a 350Z Vert.

Sorry those Flares must go! I'm Old school and miss the BRE Zs. If could give up some time racing this year I would loved to paint my 73 240z BRE style
