IAP amazes me once again with GREAT Customer Service

Justin,There was a small error on your order. Your order left our facilitymissing the oil pan drain flange from the turbo to the oil pan. We found the error today and shipped it out to you overnight so you will have itwhen you begin your install. The flange will arrive tomorrow as well,just wanted to give you a heads up that we found the problem andrectified it for you.

That is good to hear. I think customer service should be #1 to a business, i mean thats how you keep people coming back.That email reminds me of the one I got from SPL parts when I stripped a bolt on my coilovers. They 2 dayed me a new one so i could install it over the weekend. Nico has the best sponsors, period.

yes NICO has some awesome sponsors, spl is awesome, phase2 is awesome, heavythrottle is decent ( had a problem with them but its ok)... seems to me like the only bad one ive seen was BD, but they were good in the begining.

Nope! We gave them the boot a while ago after the complaints became too much to forgive. IAP swooped down to take their spot and ever since they've been outshining BD by leaps and bounds.

These were taken back in May when I installed mine.

If they have such awesome customer service, how come there was an error in the first place...ha...just messing with you all, I bet any another place would never have noticed, and during installation you will notice the missing parts and have to call THEM...

Notice I booted them as SOON as I was able to secure confirmation on the B.S.

Hopefully it'll be the last time we have such an issue with a sponsor - I think we do pretty good, considering we have 35 advertisers!
