what led you to believe that the CAS needs to be stabbed with the motor at TDC, did you find this in the FSM??

Sorry for not updating, I rarely get to my parents to use there computer. I really dont know how it happened but we just somehow wired the maf incorrectly, even though I swear I checked it a thousand times. The vacuum leak was the gasket at the back of the intake manifold being half missing and the stuck throttle body was its a ka-e tb and I didnt think to check if my throttle cable had enough play. About the cas to cam intercourse at tdc, I really cant remember where I heard that, but thats the only place it worked so I thats what I did.
