She runs! Thanks everyone for your help and suggestions, turned out to be my fault, as most car problems are. Just some bad maf wiring and a huge vacuum leak as well as a stuck open tb. Thanks again for the help.

what led you to believe that the CAS needs to be stabbed with the motor at TDC, did you find this in the FSM??

Sorry for not updating, I rarely get to my parents to use there computer. I really dont know how it happened but we just somehow wired the maf incorrectly, even though I swear I checked it a thousand times. The vacuum leak was the gasket at the back of the intake manifold being half missing and the stuck throttle body was its a ka-e tb and I didnt think to check if my throttle cable had enough play. About the cas to cam intercourse at tdc, I really cant remember where I heard that, but thats the only place it worked so I thats what I did.
