I Wana Rebuild My SR, Were Do I Get The Specs??????????????????????????

I want to rebuild my SR20DET but don't know were to get the torque and measurement specs from the are no silvia workshop books or nothing, Does anyone know were i can get the SPECS from? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
