ive given american cars their chance, ive seen more things go wrong big and small than anywhere else... have u ever seen a transmission cooler line pop in the rad? it makes a nice strawberry milkshake outta the cooling system. i've seen most newer gm vehicles, vettes, hummers, saabs, cobalts, g series, aveos, waves, trackers, and those hideous van things like montannas, i wouldnt buy one... personally.

a small block 350 can run with no coolant or oil at full throttle for 1 hour before dieing. i'm not saying stuff doesnt go wrong. but you get that with any car
