I already had my AC custom painted two tone silver on top and black on bottom with a nice orange pin strip to divide them. I got bored with this so I have decided to change the whole car. We started yesterday with shaving the door handles as the first order of business. Next is the gas door and many others.

nice thinking out the box but something doesn't look right..the 2 tone color w/orange pinstripe just doesn't flow imo. Nice wheels tho.

Man, not sure it going over the tail light was a good idea. Looks unusual. The rest looks fine.

Pardon my noobness if this is a stupid question...but if you "shave" the gas lid like you did the handles how do you fill the tank? Relocate the door?

Handles should look pretty sick though.

ok first for a custom paint here not really we've had a bunch of people do this sort of thing. Some people not as much but i deff dont like the theme you have now the silver and orange woulda been sick if u accented your wheels in orange i like the door handle thing but again i like no keys sooo yea. What colors are you thinking of doing now?? I just need a shop this is my next thing actually prob spring of next year though to keep the paint fresh over the winter

That sort of looks like the color scheme of the New STI in fast and furious. Im not really digging it and the pinstripe going over the tailights. But to each there own and if you like the way it looks then thats all that matters :D

I dig it!
Not for me, but hey, look whats possible if you put your mind to it!

I dont think ive seen a shaved AC (and i am also curious about the gastank!)

I disagree with phenom though (putting orange on your wheels is just going to be a waste of money)

Welcome to the club dude! Where are you from?
Put some www.altimacoupe.com decals on that bad boy and find us some other AC's in your area!

of course you do you always do lol

But on a serious note if he put the opposite color in the paintjob like this one would be orange but put that in the wheels, then the wheels will match which gets you points at a show i have a feeling he shows this

The paint job that is on the car now is no more. The hood is a new thing. I just could not wait to put it on. As for the gas door it is now shaved and relocated behind the drives side tail light. I will post pictures tomorrow when it is done completely. The new paint scheme is going to be a custom one off black color on the top and a custom one off green on the bottom. There is going to a silver tribal graphic separating the two colors. The color scheme will be carried it to the interior. I am putting on a Stillen body kit, front and rear lips, new rims, and all to be done ED's open house.

I like how you're experimenting with the Coupe.

It's a 3.5... right? Looks like like it from the side mirror turn lights.
