lol @ texas comment. we have our share of retards but its nowhere near as bad as 90% of the rest of the country. i'd say most of that is because we have enough land that they can be effectively spread-out. the worst places here are the most populated/congested. dallas, houston, austin, san antonio... all have a much higher f*** population per capita than the rural places. also, it seems to get worse in areas east of Fort Worth and as you head north towards Oklahoma.
