ok i have found some places that make plastic molds around my town and im going to call and see if they will make a mold of the lense on my headlights. like the clear ones you can buy for 500$ how can i get the lense off with out breaking it and how should i put the clear plastic one on if they can do it. will it mess up the projectory of the light will the heat melt the plastic, anyone with experience on this let me know

Theres a guy on Ka-T that has been doing this for members, already has a process down pat. You should look him up, i think he was charging like 1-150.

yea i saw that on ebay but the shipping is like 100 bucks... If this place can do it for 100-200 ill be paying the same and not have to wait to long for it to ship

The thing is, they will have to make a whole mold for your piece. Thats going to be expensive, and not garrented to be perfect. The guy whos made hundreds of these has it down to a science and his come out perfect.

Worth the wait IMO, you'v already dealt with yellow @$$ headlights for how long now?

The easiest way to get the lenses off is to throw the whole headlight in the oven for a few minutes, it will make the glue all soft, so you can pry the assembly apart.
