I'm thinkin it's the death sway?

I have a 97 QX4 and when I'm on the highway my rear end sways back and forth. I bought 4 bushing thinking they were for the control bars or what ever they are called in the back end. But I ended up putting them in these, Image they were totaly shot, but anyways i was wondering if somone could tell me what it is I need cuz I don't know what to tell the person at napa what I need, I'd really appreciate it, thanks.
