Which bushings am I looking for to fix the infamous "death sway"?

Trailing Arm Bushing Kit
https://www.4x4parts.com/nissan/trailin ... -4998.html

Pathfinder Trailing Arm Bushings*
https://www.4x4parts.com/nissan/pathfin ... p-713.html

*Whats the difference? How is it that one kit comes with 4 bushings and the other comes with 2; yet with both, 4 kits are required to replace all?

Pathfinder Pan Hard Rod Bushings

Pretty sure it's not these, but what are these for? (i.e.: What is the pan hard rod for?)

Pathfinder Front Lower Control Arm Rear Bushings**
https://www.4x4parts.com/nissan/pathfin ... p-711.html

**Pretty sure these are the correct ones...right?

Or ....F it - replace them all? All suspension components (to the best of my knowledge) have never been replaced and we're approaching 130k.

Aprreciate the help!

With the suspension unloaded, get under the truck and and grab each control arm try to move it, esp. by twisting along its axis. If it moves, replace the bushings.
Note that when the bushings are replaced, the FSM says to replace the bolts and nuts too. Expect a battle to get things loose. Ingersol-Rand's baddest 1/2" impact wrench
got all but one of mine. That one I had to cut the nut off with a pneumatic cut-off tool.

FNG here I have a dumb question, on the split bushings kit does it require a press, if not what about the old bushings?

apologies for reviving an old thread, but I would also like to know whether the panhard bushings are important to replace when replacing the bushings on the trailing arms?

and a new question... if I replace my rears today... will that put more wear-forces on the front? In other words... should I also replace any bushings at the front?
My rear sway (on acceleration changes) has recently gotten worse, and with the dryer, warmer weather to stay in central CA, I figured to get on this.

Thanks
