Thanks, glad you like my car, I like yours too. For now I'll just clean them up I guess, but later on, I may just by new lenses for it
Amtk240 wrote:Welcome! Nice S14 Zenki you have there! You can find some good write-ups on how to take the yellow out of headlights or you can just buy some clear covers like I did and replace them for that clean look.

You can find clear headlight lenses in the "Exterior" section of the Nico Classifieds at the top of this page under the "Marketplace" tab.

Here is a photo of how the clear lenses look installed on my car:

Glad you like the car. Currently it has 126k on the original KA. As for re building it and such, I was gonna have Ivan of AMS Performance do it for me. Hes a cool dude, and he owns the worlds fastest 240sx, which is a KA-T, so I know he did something right, lol.

Ivan's KA-T 240 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J-tQIAlCC9AAMS http://www.amsperformance.com/
TroubleBound wrote:Nice car man, welcome to nico. Are you going to rebuild before boosting your ka? How many miles does it have on it? ka-t would be fun if my ka wasn't 242,000 used.

I skate...and drive a 92 240 hatch...

Welcome and good luck with it man. Carol Stream huh, I used to stay by Schmale and Burns st. Nice to see IL people are coming in.

Oh yea, I have a 93' hatch. Currently under construction, body work getting done, SR swap, 5 lug. My favorite part of the build is the fact that it will be a Sileighty, Type X rear valances and sideskirts

Damn thats not too far. I live off of Thunderbird, which is off of Gary. As for the Sileighty, never really seen one aside from the Initial D game, lol, but good luck with it

kool. As for the Sileighty, there is a couple here in Chicago. Well at least in my area. I've seen only one which is white. Hell, 240s are actually pretty rare around here.

Yea, there isnt too many 240sx in the Chicagoland area, except craigslist, lol. But no, I've been driving the car since monday, and I get so much respect from it. People pull next to me and are like "Hey, nice car. Its a 240 right?" And I told my friends I got one, and they thought I bought a junker. I took em for a "spin" around the block, and shut them up, lol. And even just normal driving, I got people in their tuner cars, driving past me, revving their engines, and waving at me.

Yes I have heard of Risky Devil and don't care one bit. Im not the typical fan boy who gets all excited by just hearing the name. "Oh Risky Devil... drifting" OMG. People act as if they where celebrities. They are just people with SOME nice looking cars PERIOD

I know people will be butt hurt after reading this, Im all ears.

God that whole first page was like a giant gay man love circle jerk, now excuse me while I go play in interstate traffic blind folded as that is the only thing that will stop me from puking out my internal organ after reading that.
