That depends on the offset, but hey, $50... you can't go wrong. You can turn them around and sell them for more than that, or even get more for the scrap alluminum.
225/60/15 is going to be taller than your stock tire too, so your speedo may be off a little bit.

I always run it through the brake booster line. There are directions on the back of it, but basically, I put about 1/2 of a can through the brake booster, shut the car off, and leave it for about 10 mins. I come back, flog the **** out of it out on the road (with the brake booster line hooked back up obviously. Also make sure you are in a semi-low traffic area, you don't want to smoke out a road and cause an accident), and then drive for another day or so before I replace the plugs and O2 sensor. The other half of the bottle, either run it in your gasoline, or save it for another day/car.
IACV, yeah, remove it, carb cleaner it, toothbrush it, however you can manage it. Look for vacuum leaks while you are back there.
