so after a long time awaiting, here are some pics of my turbo kit.

custom sr manifold to fit the kasr t25sr 370cc injectorsaem wideband afr gaugeside mount sr intercoolerjgs oil draincustom ss oil feed -3anemance tunemegan adjustable fprwalbro 255 fuel pumpstock sr dp (bolted right on)stock sr elbow

so with the stock intercooler piping, i messed up and cut next to the bend. thats why there is two blue silicone couplings! lol

the stock sr manifold was cut at the flanges and then welded the stock ka24de flanges. my friend welds for a living and said he knows how to work with cast iron...

ill post more pics later but so far is been about 500 miles.

afrs on idle is between 13-16 (i need to find out why it fluctuates so much)crusing afrs are between 14-15and when i am boosting its around 11-12

Nice bud, i love that manifold.

So how much did you spend in total?

Your emance tune seems to be working out O.K. Do you have a good o2 sensor? That *could* be why your idle afrs are so bouncy idk.

That side mount piping is the nuts. I can't tell from the pics but that vent tube coming out of the valve cover needs to be routed back into the air stream. Preferrably after the maf and before the turbo. Your car will idle weird if not.

nice build! where did you get the coupler connected from the intake pipe to the throttle body and the 90 degree elbow from your hot pipe to the turbo?

i know im working on it, there is a extra spot on the stock sr intake piping that im planning to route it back into there. ya the side mount piping would have looked cleaner if i didnt mess up.

im just boosting stock right now 7psi. im scared too of blowing it up, its my daily and im checking everything constantly.

i know!! im going to post pic of how it looks. lol i was suprised when it matched up. lol

ok the one that connects to the throttle body has two different couplings on it, and one straight adaptor from homedepot. i just angled it a little here and there to fit. lol

I'm fairly sure if you got rid of the blue couplers, on first glance, someone would think it's supposed to be that way. props.

yes i like it a lot. very fun car to drive now. and good in gas!

its weird though, before i was turbo a lot of cars picked on me, having the silvia front end and what not, but now ever since i turboed, no one has? really weird though, i run the circulated bov and stock side mount so nothing that stands out. lol

Kick *** idea with the SR mani. Iv been telling people forever that the SR mani works perfectly with the DE flanges welded on, and I'm glad someone finally did it.

Plus using that bottom mount mani has room for a bigger T25 flanged turbo in the future depending on what your power goals are, but since you mentioned this is your first turbo car just gotta say good job and youl get power hungry soon hehe.

Happy Boostin.
