dude calls me asking for Do Not Disturb(DnD) and i authorize it for him. he tells me that he's going to get a bunch of phone calls and he doesnt want to take them.

his wife calls at 6 trying to call him and i tell her he's on DnD. she says "but he told me to call him" im sorry ma'am i cant. i explain to her he specifically asked NOT TO BE DISTURBED

She begins to cry and says "but im not going to talk or see him for 4 months, he's going to iraq"

I feel for her but i still dont transfer, its the guests wishes NOT TO BE DISTURBED. 5 mins later she has her friend call. Now im irritated. having someone call in your place isnt going to get you ANYWHERE with me, in fact, it lets me be a little more cold hearted. right off the bat i say "i'm not going to transfer" she interrupts and says "you dont understand she's not going to talk to him for 4 months blah blah blah..." "ma'am i will call the room both phones ONCE, if he doesnt pick up then there's nothing i can do"

i call the room no answer. "i tell her he's deliberately not picking" she says "can you transfer me?" now im thinking NO B!7CH!, but say "no, i cant disturb him" "but you already did!" " well, yes i did, but that was out of the kindness of my heart. he didnt pick up. IM NOT CALLING HIM AGAIN" "well i want to speak with you manager" "I'm the only one here ma'am" "I DONT BELIEVE YOU!" a min later hey calls back (lol dumass you didnt notice i gave you the same number ROLF!) he says "isnt this the same guy i just got done talking with on the phone? the guy who gave me this number?" "yes it is sir" "well why didnt you specify it?" "you asked for the number to reach my manager, and i gave it to you" "when does your manager come in?" "at 7am" "well when is that?" wtf dude? cant you tell time? "in 30 mins" "whats your name?" "john"

20 mins later they call back. now i have been dealing with these people for 45 mins. i have things i need to get done. i have 10 mins left to finish my paperwork and NO time to spend with these SOB rejects from dumbsville and i say im the manager simply because its a new jackass im talking to.
