They are small, my wife is pretty skinny, and the small I got is tight, but it fits well on her. They are extremely stretchy, and they are very short, they show a lot of midriff, especially on my wife (she is 5' 11").

If you are smaller then a C cup (medium B or smaller) I would say go for the small.

PS, they look best when worn without a bra.
