It does filter drinking water. It removes certain minerals (which brita-style filters will also remove). It just doesn't filter it as thoroughly as brita-style filters.

Exactly. 1500 a month for someone like me is a LOT. Crap, once I get a job on a BLS (Basic Life Support) ambi I'll only be making 8.50 starting. That comes out to just over 2k a month BEFORE taxes. That apartment would be 3/4 of my income alone.

I would love to live there though. It's SOOOO nice.

I'm still trying to find one. I went to check one out a few days ago and it was trash. Motor was hesitant and stuttered alot, front bumper was destroyed, rear bumper needed to be replaced as well as a side marker, vert top was bad, dash was SEVERELY cracked, paint was faded, felt like a motor mount was bad. He was asking 2450.

KBB on an EXCELLENT condition 92 Miata is 2470. This was rated just above poor.
