wow theres an ungodly amount of pages on this thread haha.

so what meet are you guys planning? it sounds like you're plannin one atleastand numbnuts, i've driven that stretch on the thruway, it does suck, but moreso cuz of all the god damn cops i see on there. when i go straight north from albany to plattsburgh its nice though. driving through the adirondacks with no cell phone service and just miles and miles of straight road. and cops are a rarity there, but everytime you do see one, he's impounding a car cuz everyone does 100mph+ up there.

anyway, im driving out to canterbury ct on monday to pickup a manual transmission and everything else i need to finally do my transmission swap on my vert. so i'll be up towards RI on monday if anyones doin anything....but i'll have my beater with me, i dont think the transmission, driveshaft, clutch, etc will fit in my 240's trunk or backseats lol.

THAT's a little exaggerated... LOL at straight too! Maybe more like 10 miles between exits...

I personally think those things are useless. Give any car thief enough time and he'll find it anyway. Some guys will break a whole car's interior and search the outside if they want it bad enough.

Oh I know. But if I'm parked at a mall or something like that, chances are he's not going to spend 10 minutes rummaging through my interior to find a switch. He'd probably just find another car. It gives me a little more time, and every little bit helps.

Certain brass screens are the only ones you should be using. The kind without the coating on them. The others have a coating that burns off and is a poison.

And steel screens make you inhale rust, that's also not really good for you.

that is by far, the harshest way to smoke. i used to do that in high school and my god does it burn like hell. i don't have that problem anymore since there's a nice little glass bowl in my garage.

FWIW, screenless. Just put a one hitter on a nice bong.
