I'm waiting to drop to 180 before I go in for the exams. My weight right now is 195, max weight for my height is 180

Yeah, I've been on a lowcarb diet for almost the past month, running like 10 miles a week. It seems to be working pretty well, but I don't think I'll be down to the weight that I need to be by this october which is when I wanted to go in.krimsonviper wrote:

I've heard that you should only run, at most, 2 miles a day. Combine it with weight lifting(small weights) and you should get the best results.EpicNightMayor wrote:
