Morning everyone. I'm effing TIRED. It hit me like a wall about 20 minutes ago. Wow...my brain has gone into hibernate mode. Weeeeeeeeeeee.

It took me several read-throughs of that "angles" pic for me to realize it doesn't say "angels." Makes MUCH more sense now.

Hot damn. I need to get my muscle tone back before I head in. When are you enlisting? I was just at MEPS to take my officer qual test (which I aced) and my physical. I weighed in at 177, and the max for my height was 190, so I'm good to add on some extra muscle.
Well I only talked to a recruiter. It's not even a sure thing because of my crooked spine(scoliosis), so I haven't even bothered with the tests and what not.

I'm waiting to drop to 180 before I go in for the exams. My weight right now is 195, max weight for my height is 180

Also, do you guys have an idea of what your AFSC is going to be? I would do some research on the available jobs out there and be adamant about them when you go into the recruiter. You're gonna get shuffled around, but if you can do everything in your power to secure a decent position, you'll like life a little more.

No. I kissed so that the bartender would give me a blow job and a drink.

Fuuck. I just found out I am ghey.

Yeah, I've been on a lowcarb diet for almost the past month, running like 10 miles a week. It seems to be working pretty well, but I don't think I'll be down to the weight that I need to be by this october which is when I wanted to go in.

Oh yeah, the scoliosis thing. They said it doesn't necessarily D.Q. you. It depends upon the doctors and your pain tolerance.

I've heard that you should only run, at most, 2 miles a day. Combine it with weight lifting(small weights) and you should get the best results.

But with the weight lifting, it's probably what slowed my weight loss.

It's a win/lose situation.

I have quite the pain tolerance. I get shin splints everytime I f**king walk anywhere, I don't let it get to me, it pushes me to get done what I need to do faster.

If I do get in, and that's a BIG "IF" I hope to god I get stationed in Japan after basic and tech.

I dunno man. Muscle could hinder your performance just as well. They want a mixture of both to get the best performance.

Overweight individuals has doubled from '98-'08 in the military.

Mornin' guys.

Ended up being late because the broke a** state of Massachusettes decided they needed my money.

Seriously, I got pulled over for 5mph over the posted limit- going WITH THE FLOW OF TRAFFIC. When the lights went on, I moved over thinking it couldn't possibly be me that he wanted. He moved over, too. I moved over again. So did he. SERIOUSLY?!

I didn't even get a chance to say a word. It was "license and registration" (all matter of factly). He walked away, then remembered to tell me what he wanted, turned around and came back and goes, "oh yeah, you're being stopped for speeding." and walked away again to process me.

I believe he pulled me because I still have Florida plates and I might not show up to court.

Granted, I do speed on this highway everyday at 5over, sometimes 10 if its 4:30am in the morning, so I guess its a small price to pay for use of it every day. Ticket is $100. Officer said he verified my speed on "clocked" "posted" (whatever that is), and "radar." Though, I don't know of many radars that shoot backwards out of a moving partol car.

I'm tempted to fight it, but a wasted vacation day for $100 is hardly worth it. This is my first ticket since 2003!!!!

East coast driving blows. 5 over wouldn't even get noticed here...even if it wasn't with the flow of traffic.
