I just looked out the window.The street in front of the office is LINED with cop cars for a whole block.I recall hearing a siren blip a few hours ago. I wonder what happened...I'm glad it happened in FRONT of the office instead of behind where my car is.

My boss's car apparently was broken into friday during the day (packed parking lot, MULTIPLE cameras), too. I think I'm going to rent a Neon to drive to work for a few days...

I say that because I just wrote out my basic list of projects to be accomplished/launched by this time next year and man....its a whallop.

I'm beginning to think I need a girlfriend to come home to coo me and be all "like, its gonna be okay, and stuff." Prefer that said girl is really stupid or really smart. No inbetween. Relatively attractive and likes to be outside. Mostly because I'm inside all damn day and am tired of it by the time I'm out of work. Taking applications now.

Apparently I was right...the sirens I heard earlier in the night were related. Police got a call about a suicidal man in a home down the street. There was a standoff which is still going. There were cops EVERYWHERE when I left.
