God, I'm f***' tweaking! I don't drink caffeine, soda, coffee, etc and I just had 2 excedrin for a headache (has caffeine in it) and drank a cup of tea because I lost my voice. I DO NOT deal well with caffeine and I have awful crashes. I'm trying to avoid that by staying mad hydrated.

mark, i noticed, a few days ago, that you play guitar. we gotta have a lesson sesh one of these days, i really want to learn and get back into music altogether. over the next week i'm going to search for some songs with good brass sets to dust off my trombone skills. lol, i said "bone"
