when I was about 14 I had a Nissan sentra coupeit was red, it was automatic, it was SLOW but I loved it!(cuz I lost my virginity in it!)and I'd still own it if my sister hadn't stuffed it into another car so here is my question is wouldn't it be cool to build one?as a tribute to my old car!It would look like this: what do you guys think?

Working around the house seems to never end. I just finished painting the interior of my place. Let me tell you that theres nothing like stripping off 50 year old wallpaper. Wood floors are next, but I had an agreement with my wife that if I finished painting the house before XMAS I could finally give some time to my 610 project.

I was supposed to be on vacation from Friday until today. I left Friday for hibbing MN, to spend a few days hanging out with friends. Plans changed when my Grandfather died on Saturday night. I had to drive the 4 hours home, and then 8 hours to Marquette MI for his funeral. It was a load of driving, and I didnt get nearly as much rest as i would have liked. Its the only vacation Ive taken in over a year.

Oh man, I'm sorry your grandpa died. Sucks, I lost my grandma to alzheimers. That's a sad journey to take. Glad you made it there and back safe though.

It was his time, his wife of like 50 years died from pancreatic cancer just over a year ago. He never quite learned to feed himself or anything like that, so his health deteriorated pretty quickly after she went. He smoked for 60 odd years, I'm honestly surprised he lasted this long.

Pretty uneventful, I was upset. We went out to Famous Daves for our 1$ drafts, but the two guys I went with were tired. That in turn made me tired, so I didnt end up going out to the bar even though I had promised people that I was coming. I'm happy to be leaving this town for a few days on Friday though.

That's my trip up to Petosky with the 3 chicks that I've fooled around with. Girl #4 flies in today from her base, so we're probably going to hang out after I work on my buddies car. I just found out today that another two of my friends will be going on the trip, so thats cool.
