I still have my job, but I've been given a do or die date of December 5th. The goal I was given to keep my job is pretty much an impossible task due to the limitations of my work load. I'm supposed to have a quality ratio of 95%, but even one little spelling error will cause me to lose at the very least 10% off my monthly quality ratio. The reason is due to the fact that I'm only given so much work to do per month, so it's hard to diminish the effect of one error. On average I get 10 pieces of work to do in each category of work I have. One error negates an entire piece of work, so 9/10 or 90%. At midmonth, I had been given 3 pieces of work in one of my problem areas with one error. So I had a 67% quality ratio. I told my boss that it was mathematically improbable for me to get that number at 95 and above as I would have to have been given 17 more pieces of work and get them all perfect. They've given me 1 since then. So in short, I'm boned.

If I didn't have a backup plan, I'd be freaking the teh eff bomb!!!1!!!eleven!! out.

YES! Giant robots make everything better.

And fire makes THAT even better.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Yesterday was awesome. We went out for our $1 beers and I ended up getting 6 or 7 of them in the two hours we were there. Then we got a handle of rum and drank it at my buddies house. Between the 4 of us we managed to kill it in about 45 minutes. A few hours later, I got laid. All in all a great night

I don't think I can fit any more food in my fridge right now.

I will be making an epic turkey sandwich for lunch tomorrow.

You're not alone. I'm working today/yesterday...this morning/last night.

Intend to make up for missed sleep as soon as I get home. After which I'm going to the post office to figure out why they keep stopping my mail saying my mailbox is "vacant." My head is vacant; the mailbox is very much in use. I am missing two bills and my occupational burglar alarm license that is required for me to work. The USPS can pay my late fees on the bills.
