MOD I'm finally getting a chance to play sprit tracks, so far I find it too easy and the controls way too cumbersome.
So Ive decided to replay Tingles happy fun rose coloered rupee land, much more enjoyable
I feel the same way about Spirit Tracks (and Phantom Hourglass). Too easy, and the controls just add needless complication without adding anything of value. I never finished it...stopped playing late in the game. Partly, the time consuming train baddie-avoidance sections later started wearing on me...all that time investment and if you screw up you have to start over again. I don't know why Nintendo couldn't just do a classic 2D style Zelda...I can't think of a Zelda fan who would be put off by that.
Speaking of Zelda, I'll try and remember to post up some awesomeness when I get home.
I still need to buy a copy of Rosey Rupeeland.
Oh, and on the subject of Nintendo stuff...
I finished Super Metroid for the first time ever yesterday. Mother Brain is nowhere NEAR as difficult to beat as gorram PHANTOON. I f*** HATE phantoon.
And I picked up one of these yesterday, too (in black, of course):

It's nice, but:
--The Z and L/R buttons are upside down (z is below L and R, not above them like the GCN controller)
--And, bizarrely, the analog L/R buttons (like found on the Wavebird) are nowhere to be found. No analog, no digital "notch" at the end. Just regular digital buttons. I haven't had a chance to try the controller with Brawl to see if that's a problem. I use my Wavebird for Brawl anyway...but it seems weird to ditch a feature.
