Yeah, front windows are tough. My Maxima's windshield caught a football-sized chunk of concrete tossed from a semi trailer (it was caught between the duals) at freeway speed. So 100+mph total impact speed I'm sure. The concrete chunk punched through but got stuck halfway.

so what's a day long cruise without a race challenge? i'm going up i-91 back to my gf's house in springfield, cruising along at 70-75mph. i notice this mustang coming up from behind in the right hand lane. he matches my speed for a few seconds and does the stare down/nod, but because of my window tints, he can't really see my response. so he accelerates a bit and i notice him doing the same thing, but he's looking at me through his side mirror. i lol and keep driving at the same pace (btw, it's a current gen mustang, pre-tweaked body).

gf-what's so funny?me-that guy wants to race.gf-how do you know?me-because he gave me the look. look, he's staring at me through his mirror right now.gf-that's stupid, because he looked at you, you think he wants to race?me-yup. watch, now he's going to slow down to get next to us again.

*mustang driver slows down and matches speed, again.

*mustang driver then does everything i described to a "t". it's at this point i can clearly hear he's sc'd.

gf-omg, i can't believe that. you better not race him, especially not with me in the car. i can't believe he would do that when you have a female in your car.me-relax, i'm not going to race him. i don't race people, it's stupid. he'll slow down and take off all fast soon enough. if we're lucky, we'll get to honk at him later while he's explaining to a cop why he was going so fast.

so during my whole explanation about how guys race each other to compare c***/ego sizes, the dude slows down and does the racer fly-by. my gf was amazed at how predictable the whole thing was. it's now very clear that any past bf's weren't car guys. unfortunately, i didn't get to see him get pulled over, once he took off, we didn't see him again. too bad, i was looking forward to it.

I like "Awake" cause it tastes better.Coffee is serious stuff for me, that amount of caffeine is no bueno. I need to be really hungover or need to concentrate heavily to drink that stuff.

I used to drink probably about a pot of coffee a day. But I realized the acidity was getting to me. It was like someone lit a quarter stick and threw it in my stomach. Since I don't really like sh*tting everywhere, I switched to tea a while back. I still have a small cup of coffee most mornings, but I get the majority of my caffeine from tea now.
