Ghey! I can't do cardio without music, though I don't really listen to it. It just keeps me moving. I need a new one. If I ever get it, you can have the ipod shuffle I'm using now.

I thought about getting a small iPod for myself, but I don't know how to use it. I get the concept, but I have no music really, and I don't want to pay out the a** for lots of downloads.

...You just reminded me that I fried my amp yesterday.

I was driving, and I started smelling something like welding or a metal machine shop, and then I had no bass. I wasn't even listening to it loud at all. Maybe like 15%.

I am currently running a pair of Kicker Comp VR 07CVR124's (50-400W RMS)

I'm pretty sure the subs fried my amp cuz it was only a 1000W peak power amp.
