That and switch up exercises. I've got about 7 different lifts I do for chest and maybe 6 that I do for shoulders. But on any given chest/shoulder day I'll only do about 6 total (3 chest, 3 shoulder).

Hey guys, my computer is dying a slow painful death. It's a motherboard problem that plagues HP laptops.

My other laptop already puked after only a year, this one I've had for about the same time is doing the same thing. HP sucks. I've had to restart my computer 12 times, and on the 12th it finally booted up.

My question is, what should I do if this one takes a s*** on me? I need a computer but I'll be going off to college in a year so I'm gonna be getting some kind of new laptop then.

I'm torn on what I should do. Suggestions?

build your own ridiculous one...... and run linux

or hell... buy a mac (laptop not computer)

Idk. I'm gonna be using it for probably all four years or so if all goes well and it doesn't s*** like this one.

I just kinda wanted to wait so it's not THAT obsolete when I'm in college. Something new and better comes out basically like every 6 months.
