5. I dont want to be limited powerwise by a crappy intercooler, and a lot of people are telling me to stay away from greddy. What is a good one that will be capable of supporting 400-450hp without problem should i decide to aim for that range?

Whoever said to stay away from Greddy is an idiot. Greddy has 2 models: VSPL (Good for up to 400whp) and the RSPL (Good for over 400whp, equal to Blitz LM and HKS type S)

I just got the RSPL. The fitment was perfect, the piping is all aluminum and it's polished (Hi Grade) JSPEC's s14.5 dyno'd 433.5 rwhp http://www.jspec.com/projects145.html http://store1.yimg.com/I/jspec_1830_20730186 running a Greddy RSPL

One thing about rims and tires:

More wide = more money = more bling

Better compound = better grip = better performance

You absolutely do not need 10 inch wide rims out back to handle maybe 300ft/lbs of torque. Just buy good tires.

i feel dumb now, the clutch slave cylinder bolts transfer directly from the ka transmission to the sr transmission. :-P so thats all set up now.

I like the look of wide tires but 10" wide is pretty damn wide i think ill settle for something a little less.

I love the look of 18x10's on the back of a 240 too, I just love paying 1/3 the price for tires to go on my 16x6.5's more.
