Thanks guys. Still gotta do a bit of adjusting but I'm really glad it doesn't rub like crazy.

Dampening is full stiff in front. Rattling is due to the fact that the spring isn't fully secure. It won't pop out or dislodge but it's not as secure as it could be, I guess? It's hard to explain. This is on the top of my priority list.

Wheels are 19x9.5 all around on 225/35 tires

I'm not fully satisfied with the end result of the paint job. I really wanted more of a deep burgundy (like Image or Image with brown undertones but the guy said you can't mix powder (light cherry red and brown). He also said that since I wanted metallic flakes, it would make the color I choose darker, and I didn't want anything TOO dark. So I picked my color on the lighter end of the spectrum, expecting that it would darken up a lot more than it did, and it didn't. He even showed me the color swatch that it would end up looking like. But oh well. It's not THAT bad to me. I'm learning.

I prefer how they look in the first pic as well. It all depends on the lighting but I'm stuck with em so I'm just hoping they grow on me more.
Johnny - yeah they want to try a g35 application on my car but even if it fits, it's so much $$$$$, even with a partial sponsorship.
I will most likely post specs after I finish adding and removing spacers and get an alignment. Since in this case camber helps everything come together.

19x9.5 +29/+17 with 225/35/19 all around, slammed. When I say slammed, I mean it in every sense of the word. Can't go lower or I will hit axle, can't enter garage without ramp, sometimes scrape lane dividers when switching lanes, etc. But I drive pretty carefully and have a lot of the roads memorized so scraping is minimized.

But the most exciting thing out of all of this is that I don't rub. My front fenders aren't rolled but rears are. Nothing is pulled. The camber on the BC camber plates is set on the max amount of negative camber, which actually isn't as much as I thought it would be. And my rears are maybe at -2.5ish? I haven't got an alignment so I don't have any solid camber numbers.

To get the BC's low enough, a shop initially removed a lot of the non essentials of the coil. I should have taken pictures of what I removed, but from what I remember I:
removed a bronze looking piece (not the rings for adjusting height) and two black pieces, one of which sat on the bronze piece that was remove. I also turned the top hat upside down. Anyway, it was wayyy too noisy. Then I took it to another shop where they put most of the non essentials back, and ended up cutting a section of the lower mount off. This gave me the amount of drop I needed without all of that noise and the ride is much smoother.

But I don't think I can put up with this ride height for long. It's just a little too low and I don't want to crack my oil pan. I planned on taking pictures today but I'm gonna raise it so I'll have to delay the shoot. Plus she needs a wash lol. I'm also considering getting wider or taller tires. But that's that. Now it's someone else's turn to push the boundaries! haha.

Next time I'm getting 20's so I don't have to deal with all these scraping issues. 20's and a front lip!

It would be nice to see some front and back pics so that I can see how much your rims poke out from the fender.
Im considering going 18x9.5 +22 in the fronts but I think that will stick out way too much.

I'll get you some shots today. I believe my fronts stick out about 3/4 of an inch to 1". With the max amount of neg camber from BC coils. They compete too much with the rears in terms of poke. I'll be very happy if the alignment shop can give me a little bit more negative camber in the front some how so they don't stick out as much. I should have ordered a less aggressive offset in the front but +29 already sounds so weak!

Here is my rear Image

Looks like it pokes less the closer you get and vice versa, naturally.

Can you get closer pictures of the fronts? I want to see how far the fronts poke out on yours, especially views of how far it is away from the fender.

[quote="AlexM."]EDIT Crazy rattling has been fixed for the most part. Put most of front coilovers back together and cut off an inch of the lower mount to get the right drop. There isn't much clearance between the strut and the axle so that's as low as I'll be going. There is still rattling in the rear which I learned is due to running true coilovers. When there is nothing in the spring bucket the bucket rattles. I plan on installing g35/350z toe arms which will replace the bucket and I will let you guys know how it goes.

Dimensions: 19x9.5 +29/+17 225/35/19 all around, slammed on BC coilovers in the front and MDU 350z coilovers in the rear

Pic Update

is your lip on your vs 19'x9.5 a 3" lip? Ive been looking at a set of VarrsToen wheels and playing around with different offsets before i buy. And I'm on springs now planing to buy coilovers, did you have to roll you fenders?

Damn, what a sick drop. +1 for the drop. +1 for customizing parts for the build. +1 for testing and using alternate parts from other models.

What did you do to get the camber back in after that much drop?

WIsh I could get that low :( I would get stuck on the hump at the top of my driveway.

ty ty. The camber is still out of spec but the toe is in spec. From further away you can clearly tell that i have negative camber. But up close it looks minimal.

my bad with so many questions so are you running with +22 offset all around and 19"x9.5 and still have different lip sizes? is it because you do have a two peace whee lwith different lip specs?
