I got scammed by r240na on ebay

Hind sight is 20/20. If i would of known it would be this much of a mess, i would of accepted the return of the $35 shipping and put it back on ebay.

The auction said it had scratches, that's as clearly stated as I think the english language gets.

UPS DID NOT credit me anything back. If they did, I'd be more inclined to negotiate, but the money spent on shipping is long gone. They may have comped the shipping back to me, but the original payment was never refunded. How are you so sure they credited anything to me?
