And seriously, Mr. LS... you are being given a LOT more slack than you would have in the earlier days of this forum. CodeRed runs a MUCH more free ship than I used to, but that doesn't mean that you can do nothing but run your mouth.

I've been watching you since you joined the forum and can only recall 1 or 2 actual PRODUCTIVE posts that you've made. Everything else... LITERALLY everything... has been a bash or a poke at someone. Not criticism, but a flame. I'd hoped that you would have seen the difference by now and started to act responsibly and maturely, but that's apparently not the case.

The vote of this former mod is to boot Mr. LS for a while, and maybe redversasblue for egging him on after it was made clear the behavior was inappropriate.

but that's just my .02... which apparently YOU are allowed to have, and noone else.

ROFL!! You have no idea about NiCO...

In other news...Blind, you should NOT leave because of this... it'll get straightened out... always does. The Versa forum has been through this before, and will be through it again.

Are you getting the hatch too once $$$ allows? And does this mean you've gotten the V out of your dad's name? Or have you not and that's why no paint job?

I wanted to tell that I do not agree on painting a CF hood. If you dont need to eliminate weight becasue you race, then Im guessing u got it for the looking. If you painted it it would look just as the original one :s

I like the way it is!! definitely better than stock !!

only a couple questions, 1) where did u get it and how much? 2) why didnt u get it with some design? (aerodynamic) 3) what kind of paint did u use for the side bumpers??? (the plastic that comes black)

Question about the CF hood. I saw one yesterday that was badly faded on the front of the hood. Almost looked like a bra had been used but in reverse. The fade was where the bra would have been positioned. Anyone know if that is typical over time or are there other issues involved?

Thanks,David

Clearcoat will lose luster over time. Faster if not maintained (washed/waxed).

Gotta say, I love the look :)
Love the custom stripes, you made it your own! Makes me wanna add some black & pink ones to mine!
Love the CF hood, eff the haters, they're just not into real import-looking cars.
Good job :) !!!

Hmmm this thread seems old but I will say your car does not look bad and I have definitely seen much worse. The only thing I find a little "ricey" is the hood. It looks cool but the weight drop from it will have no noticeable effect whatsoever except in extreme situations where you need every pound possible shaved off the car. If I'm not mistaken, you're the guy who did the custom exhaust with a magnaflow muffler that actually sounded really beefy. I ended up never doing it because an exhaust sounds retarded on a CVT. Sometimes I wish I had the regular automatic or a manual.
