They have opened the warehouse in Atl and i've emailed the guy that runs it a few times...I've asked numerous times if i could come down to check out what he has...he keeps telling me that he has shipments coming in but won't give me an address to the warehouse. something wierd going on i think..

Where are they in Atl? I'm down here and i'll go check em out. I'm lookin to either replace my turbo sohc or get another 89-90/240sx/ 510 to drop a Ca in. I personally think we all need to go check most of these companies out first hand before ordering sh*t. It'll cut out alot frustration in the end when we do have probs with our product. Engine on hand or not how a co. keeps the shop/office is a reflection of how they handle business.

A couple years ago, a company selling rotary engines from Japan got ripped off hardcore. They used to take people to their warehose to show them the engine they purchased. One night, most of them were stolen. That's probably t he reason why Flashoptions dosen't want you knowing where it is...

yeah but its common pratice for places to let you see a motor before you buy it if your close enough to visit the shop. At least from what i have seen (although i probably shouldnt talk, i bought my motor before seeing it )

I don't know if the warehouse is really open. I doubt it though. To get an idea where this guy (flashoption owner) is coming from check out this email he sent thinking he was sending to someone else. Email was in response to query on an SR20DET clip back on 17 Jul 03.

Update: I've been talking to Robert Abeyta and my engine is on rail to boston. They've screwed me quite a bit though. I was told 1530 shipped to my local port and it's coming out to about 2030 now due to all the fees that they were supposed to pay but won't now because they lost money shipping engines to the wong countries!

Anyway, get in touch with me if you've had the same problems... I really want to do something about this.

yea i have the same problem ... i talked to him and my engine is coming to me one rail and i got to pay more moeny .. this sucks exesully after they say something about a money refund for waiting soo many days

Wow, that blows. I've heard many bad things about flashoption. It would be great if you guys would include pics of the motorset once you guys recieve it!

at least you guys have been ginen something-i think that they still have my name screwed up and robert will not know who to call about it-i don't know if the info can be changed at port but they are extremely unreceptive to any talk about refund at this point-they are extremely attimate that my clip is here-but that remains to be seen!!
