Well during the second interview, what they kept stating was that you either make $16 an appointment, or you make commissions which gradually increase as you sell more, whichever one is higher at the end of the week.

I will give this a shot for a bit and hopefully I can earn some cash. Who knows it might actually be pretty good.

Try that vector marketing BS like 2 years ago, sorry to say rob its basically a scam. They hire everyone that goes to the meeting so they can make a ton of money by getting you to buy the set you use for demostrations. This job will only really work if you have people in your family that are rich or willing to blow money for your sake because your only allowed to sell to people you know and who would want to sell some overpriced knifes to members of your own family or people they know.

IMO , my .02 cents.

Ok I went to the first training (training is over a course of 3 days)

My moms husband is pretty wealthy and so I figured I could get a bunch of sales from him and his friends. I figured it wasn't really worth it to buy the set and all that. The knives are really really good though, I wouldn't mind owning some.

Ya I'm pretty spoiled but I try not to pull off as that kind of kid who gets everything he wants when he wants.I'm still on the job hunt, after this weekend I'm going to go out and hit up every Target I can and try and get a job.

That's cool dude. After I saw all the guys write about how it was a pyramid scheme I did some research in it on google and dude you'd be surprised how many results there are when you search "Cutco Cutlery Scam". I was like . Well bro keep at it looking for work, but it is hard as hell right now to find full time even part time work. Now that the Fall semester started I work a lot less (Like I work HAHAHA...I feel like Dangeris ). Well I'm not at my office that offen, but I do stop in from time to time to get updates and my phone blows up from my receptionists. I get a lot of help from my girl who stops in when she's not in class to check SIHT out. You'll land something eventually bro .

Apply at Mr.Coupe work place :D....I am pretty sure he can hook it up lol...j/k.

Good luck on the job hunt. If anything you can always be a free-lancer like me. Post ad for it on craigslist and you will be surprise. Thats how I landed a few jobs doing free-lance contract work and its good pay.

I'll look into freelance photography once I get a little better but for now I just need a steady typical job.

Ya well like I said I didn't even finish the training there, it wasn't going to work out for me. Plus I didn't want to pressure family and friends into buying these knives (although they are really really good).

I guess I was on the dull end of this spectrum oh god it took me like 5 minutes to try and come up with a witty remark and that's all I got
