Anyway, whenever anyone starts going on about VTEC, ask them to explain what VTEC IS, or what it DOES. 9/10 times they'll be unable to do so.

I had a guy in my fraternity with a '97 Prelude SH, who used to blab about how his car (admittedly the faster of the two) was faster than another guy's GC8 Impreza RS because he had VTEC. He had no idea what VTEC was, and on another note, he didn't know oil had to be changed. Like just in general, didn't know to change it, just kept adding more, for like 11000 miles. That Prelude is FOOKED now, lol.

lol, i remember some jackass on a local forum(somewhere in utah i believe) decided to change his oil himself for the first time on his gsx. had a really hard time starting his motor and it only ran for a little while, drove it around and was running like crap when his rear end locked up. after some pictures and tons and tons of laughing we came to the conclusion that he had drained his rear differintial and added 5 more quarts of oil to the engine. 10qts in the crankcase, none in the rear end. i laughed for very long time.

I used to know how the v-tec engine worked...about 3 years ago - but 3 years of alcohol abuse can make you forget a lot of things. I think i still remember the basics.

It's sad, cuz I've never owned a honda (altho 2 of my ex's did - accords) and don't really even like em.

i know there are at least 2 skylines in clarksville and i have seen 1 in nashville but none here in bowling green... just someone w/ a r33 half cut and one guy with an s13.5
