i guess in the sense no one was seriously hurt...but as for my car it really couldn't of gotten worse in terms of scrapping a manhole cover lol

The reason the level is not flat is because the manhole cover is not flat, one side is 5" higher than the other.

Friend of mine drove a 3000gt and did almost the same exact thing in SC. We live in Charleston and he dropped a wheel in a pothole. Bent one of his Kosei's, blew out a tire and pretty much destroyed the front bumper. He filed a police report and the state payed for all the repairs. Even the wheel.

It all depends on how you represent yourself. Just make sure your exhaust is legit before you try to get that replaced( not sure about Megan, haven't been in the 240 game in a while)

But good luck, and I'll talk to him to see exactly all he did to get the repairs done.
