How did the pick-up ceremony go?- The filming part was terrible. I don't mean to sound ungrateful, I completely am, or to make it sound like anyone involved with the give-away was not as nice as they could be, everyone was great (and a couple were just COMPLETELY HOT!).
I've always been the type that's a little quieter until you get to know me. I have always had an aversion to being the center of attention, public speaking and being filmed on video. This combined all three.
Nissan had 1 camera man there, so we would have to do things multiple times for him to get different angles of everything that happened.
It was like, walk into the dealership 3 times, pull the cover off of the Juke 3 times, so on and so on.
I was emailed 8 or 9 questions so that I would be prepared for my on camera interview. I was asked every question except the 8 or 9 that I prepared for.
All in all, it was a small price to pay for a $25,000+ discount on a car that is in high demand.
What's funny is the salesman that I was dealing with, John Keith aka JK, told me that if I sold it to not cut anyone a deal because you can't find them anywhere. Just before I was leaving he came out and said with a smile, "The boss said he would give you $16,500 right now." I gave him a giggling "NO". JK said " I had to ask you since he told me to."

As a condition of winning the car, do you have to leave the vinyl on for a certain amount of time? God, I hope not.
I can take it off any time that I want to. I will probably sell it and leave that up to whoever buys it.
It is completely not my style and I thought that I would be in the 1st empty parking lot pealing it off. I don't really mind driving it, the Juke LS is a cool little car with a nice interior and a good list of standard features, this just gets way to much attention.
However it is a good way to meet people. In EVERY parking lot that I have stopped in I have had to talk to at least 1 person, if not more, about the car and it has all been positive so far except for the guy in overalls with no shirt on at my pharmacy (I do live in Alabama). He even said he liked the car but would peel off the wrap.
BUT it really looks better in person. If say you wanted to buy your rich spoiled daughter who grew up loving cartoons and coloring books a car, this might be the car for her.

Wait until you drive one, and you will be completely in love with it MORE. I was saying that I was definitely selling it, now I'm saying that I will PROBABLY sell it. Plus my Insurance on it would be the same as full coverage on my 95 j30.
I will probably sell it though and try to find a v6 CPO Nissan/Infiniti sedan.
