marc, marc, marc,

I've met some really goofy newfies in my time however you are topping the list. You might be some big tough guy however not too smart."unexpecting" should be "unsuspecting""predender" should be "pretender"Sorry for not pointing out the attempt at humour. If you don't like "the great predender" maybe "the mighty *******" would work better for you. If the shoe fit's wear it.

I suspect that you will be changing your sign now as well. You could go with "the great predender".

Any other suggestions ?
I will let your quotes do the talking.

P.S. if you still cant put these quotes together, your a sassy. So you spelt PREDENDER, I made fun of it, now I spelt it wrong when I corrected the spelling right afterwards. Unsuspecting and Unexpecting, you can use both terms. I guess back in the day the polish didnt go to school.

Unsuspecting - not imagined to be existent, probable, etc. Unexpecting - when something happens that wasn't meant to. something catches you off guard

So actually, given my speech pronunciation is of Newfanese, my choice of words are in conjunction with each other and actually, Unexpecting is the proper use of term. SASSY

Dude, you need to stop embarrassing yourself. Sonofsailor misspelled 'predender' to make fun of your bad spelling. Then after you didn't get it, he explained it. Now you still aren't getting it.

Also, 'unexpecting' is not a word. Get a dictionary. If it were a word, it would mean 'not pregnant'. It would have nothing to do with 'unsuspecting', which is a term referring to ignorance and obliviousness of one's surroundings.

To me it's like putting a Silvia badge on a 240SX. It may be almost similair, but it's still not a Silvia.

Same thing in this case, it may say Tiida, but it's still a Versa.

Real men don't retract their comments.

I doubt it was creative. Or even interesting.

...the day I get schooled by a kid in a Versa is the day I cut off my manhood with a rusty spoon, because I sure as hell won't have any use for it anymore.

Real Men dont make comments at all, real men use their first. But cant do that here, believe me alot of people would have been down for the count already. Including you CEO, not afraid of a law enforcement officer, I am Canadian Military tough, not cop tough, if there even is a cop tough. And dont worry, the words I had for you would have gotten me on probation again, but I got to learn to control my anger.

By this stunning logic, you are not a real man, since you are making comments. Fair enough, and thanks for clearing the air on that one; we were wondering on that one.

But moving above petty semantics, do you seriously think you are tough, coming on a forum and declaring how tough you are? Bragging about knocking someone out? Stuff like that stops being cool in, what, grade 10?

Also, no "cop tough?" Man, do you have real issues with police officers, or do you have some backwoods complaint based on nothing but inuendo and false beliefs?

I apologize for such a rant, but I come on here to read interesting ways to improve my Versa, not to relive highschool.

Thanks to all the posters out there. I have had the Versa for only a couple of months now, and I have already learned a great deal about it, largely due to you all.

Cheers,Pat

OK, stud.

Color me scared.

A little article I recently read:

"Canada prides itself on having a "gender equal" military, and has one of the largest ratios of women soldiers of any military in the world (15%). Combat training was opened to women in 1987, and women have been fully integrated into the Canadian Forces since 1999. There is now officially no difference between male and female soldiers.

Now it all makes sense.

It appears you are quite deft on putting words in my mouth. For instance, I didn't say I am interested in "JUST" improving my Versa, but that it one of the reasons I do come on here. Moreover, how do I know that some thread, despite it's name, might not have some interesting tidbits. I mean, how is a " newbie" supposed to be aware of this? You should utilize your obvious forum acumen to enlighten me on proper procedures.

Also, I couldn't find that thread you suggested on d!ck (sic) sucking. Perhaps you meant "stick shifting" for all those who might need help with a manual transmission; I dunno for sure though. But if you are interested in the other thing, just Google it and I am sure you will have some luck finding what you are looking for.

Sounds like you worked at Wal-Mart a point in your life, "Have you found everything your looking for?" Jjk. Listen, I like to pull things a tad to much but like everyone says, its almost like freedom of speech.

In a way I am Quick and sharp on certain things, but im more of defending myself here rather than starting **** this time. I got incoming from all sides, I am surrounded by other peoples thread acumen and im still standing and standing my ground. Never back down until you are on probation, lmao.

How many times did you have to look up the word acumen?

In addition to reading the definition, did you also have to copy and paste it, because you misspelled it?

The Canadian Army post refers to a form of androgyny. In other words, the men and women show little contrast. Seeing how women (by nature) are the weaker (muscular) sex, that would imply that your "Canadian Military Tough(ness)" actually makes you weaker than the rest of the males.

So, you've now proven that you can be brutish, rude, and incapable of simple logic statements.

In addition, you obviously don't understand marketing or how it varies from region to region.

If that avatar is a picture of you, you've also provided that you're overweight, have poor posture, and poor fashion sense.

Is there anything else you'd like to share with us that's "pertinent" to Versas or are you quite done?

loserbydesign, oh ****, sentientbydesign, your just another fly hovering around a a dead dog. Talking to it is not gonna make a difference. Oops, I didnt mean to make a statement about a dead dog. Freedom of Speech up here in Canada.

Acumen is spelt right, and no I didnt have to look it up. And I was taking the military talk from another perspective that I dont think you have seen.

Man, this just goes to show the only war between our 2 countries why Canada has triumphed!! You guys, NOT ALL MOST OF YOU ARE GREAT PEOPLE, are typical perceivable Americans, you cant keep anything to yourself and think you are all high and mighty and think everything should be done your way, I mean you voted in Bush of all people and had him for 2 terms, why anyone would do that I dont know. The haters on this thread seem to dish and dish and thats pretty much it. So what if I am 230lbs, 6'3", a bit overweight and no posture...no posture? I think it would be hard for you guys to, since you were able to lift things and know what you were doing, to go in the woods every day for about 8 hours, carry logs on your back using no machinery, walk in 3 feet snow to school at 8 years old 5 kilometers away. There are TONS of other stuff that a Newfoundlander has to endure in his life, and thats why were are one of the best known soldiers in the WORLD. Our Canadian Forces, and this is a fact that the US Military hasnt come to realize yet, are better trained than US Regular Forces. We are on avg. smarter and more physically fit and not full of nazi wannabe's and skin heads that realized that their life sucks and the military is the only place to go. Here in Canada the military is a Career, there in the US, NOT ALL PEOPLE ARE LIKE THIS BECAUSE TO SOME IT IS A CAREER, but others see it as a means so they can be taken care of like their mom, where everything is done for them. You guys wanna dish out more, im ready for more, probably why we have NEVER LOST A WAR, we dont run, but stand our ground.

I first want to point out that I am Canadian, and damn proud of it.

However, mightyversa, your comments are what perpetuates the stereotypes Americans might hold against Canada. For instance, re-read your comments; you cannot honestly say they don't come off as petulant and reeking of an inferiority complex.

I cannot comment on your claim that Canadian soldiers are superior to American ones, simply because I do not know enough of either. That said, for better or for worse, the American armed forces are the most funded in the world, which in turn provides better training opportunities and superior equipment. This in turn, leads to soliders who are better prepared. Your comments, if I read them correctly, refer to the heart and/or determination of a soldier. That cannot be measured, really.

You claim that Canada has never lost a war is mixed with patriotic pride (and nothing makes me happier to see that) but misinformed logic. One, Canada has never fought a unilateral war and thus, has never technically won or lost a a war on it's own. We have been very successful in certain battles in numerous wars, but let's keep in mind the loses we suffered as well.

All this said, my Versa gas mileage is slowly improving with each tank; I am still not getting anything remotely higher than 25MPGs. Man, I cannot wait for warmer weather. Thanks to all those who had advice in previous threads.

I don't even have to comment, but I thought I would just to make sure you knew I read you bafoonery <---Don't you like my word?

I was trying to rack my brain figuring out when the last time Canada had to use it's armed forced in an all out war, but then Pattinton22 came in and cleared that up for me.

My user name is a play on words. It denotes my faith AND incoperates my career.

Also, please keep the political commentary in the political forum (though you'd get another time-out if you ventured over there with your attitude).

Versa guys/gals. Good luck on your fuel economy and aftermarket support. I'm heading back to the G section

AHH, spelling mistake, thanks for pointing that out!! Well, I could say a whole bunch of stuff and get kicked off again for a few days, but I am going to call it quits on the arguing, mostly because this stuff transfers over to my life and I then start to act funny (according to the girl) and become more hostile towards people. She thinks if I just leave it alone and not be all macho about it and let some losers just have their play time, that I should be more calm and wont want to beat the daylights out of some wannabe smartass at a bar. So, thats why I have deleted my bad posts. Wont be replying to negative **** nor will I be writing it anymore.

Looking at your pics, you look like you could throw a car out the bar, but those pics were to Sentient to show not all people with fat are all fat. All my friends got to have some build to them, mostly like us, im 6'3" as well, 230lbs and fast as a whip. Took Karate as a kid then learned trained in the Military for hand to hand. I dont fight for the fun of it, theres got to be a reason, and im sure if you and I got into it one days, it would be a battle or great proportions!!! Who would win, I dont know, I dont go into a fight thinking that cause UFC changed my mind on that stuff, Joyce Gracie former champion and also Butterbean, because of those 2 not being "FIT and MUSCLED" makes me a firm believer in small people taking out big people. I have fought my share of bouncers, lost against some, but took the job from others (All bigger than me and you). But sometimes its nice to get a good beaten, its fun and afterwards its like a game, go work out for a couple weeks and come back, man, those days I miss, im only 23 but seems so long.

Ok, not that my homophobia has completely kicked in...

Is there a reason why you need to prove yourself to everybody (on the net and off)? It's people like you that make me want to pursue psychiatry simply to unravel who touched your peepee, beat the crap out of you, laughed at you, got a better grade on a spelling test....etc.

If you look at this, even the point of this thread, was to show off your amazing change to your versa.

Look at my "show off" posts. The last I can remember was when I made an oil catch can out of an energy drink can (that works REALLY well btw). I think I spent a little more than a cheap eBay can would have cost, but the fun of making/designing the can was great and I spurred positive conversation amongst the G guys.

What did you expect to get from this post?

I actually started this post to let people know what I am doing, trying to kick everyones imagination into gear and letting them know whatever they do, they are not the only ones making their V different. And show them what TIIDA looks like on the Versa although there is hardly a difference when looking at a picture of an actual TIIDA on google or so, throwing it out there, and I paid $30CDN for that emblem.
