i cut out at 5000 rpms ????

So I cut out in fifth gear at 5,000 rpms wtf do i have to retune my ecu to get rid of that its a stock sr blacktop and my other question is anyone know how fast that would be cause I have no clue I have stock tires on the car 205/65/15 so just wondering what I can do

I topped out my redtop at BIR last year, 117 was where the limiter kicked in. With stock tire size, diff, and SR transmission, yours should be around the same. Although I only hit it my first run, rest of the day I just brought it to about 115 and coasted to my braking point.
