Nizmo400...I agree with you about the racing for girlfriends thing...thats a bit out there...

Yeah, but graphics do not a good game make. We'll see. I'm just sceptical when it comes to racing games. especially "street" racing games. I'm hard to please.

I've had my ps2 since it launched back in october of 2000. Sometimes it won't read some games, especially VIce City. I have an xbox also and I've come to realize that most ps2 games look rather ****ty. The good thing about ps2 is that they have the coolest games. GT3 by itself is worth it. To this day I still play that game and I've had it for almost 2 years now.

Most of the time if your PS2 stops reading games it is because the laser eye is dirty and you need to clean it. I've had to do this to mine a few times. I also have the launch type PS2 so it is pretty old now.

Also... i bought a Super Nintendo just the other day. And i got Mortal Kombat 2 and Killer Instict. I'm now looking for Chrono Trigger and maybe some of the old Final Fantasy games.

set your accelerator as the right analog stick up...thats how I set mine up...I also have right analog stick down set up as my brakes so I only have to use a certain amount of brake going into the turn...

i guess im just so used to it now, ive tried the steering wheel, but the steering ratio is so crappy, it takes forever for the car to freckin turn, and then when u do you go straight into the damn wall!!, and i dont like the paddle shifters, if im going to get a wheel, i want a clutch and everything, and i hate holding it on my lap or on a table, just doesnt feel natural, and also, i was just curious, but what day are you guys on in GT3, im on 21oo-ish on my 2nd save (lil bro deleted the first one by accident, so now i have 2 8mb cards!)

I have the Logitech MOMO wheel, and I can't believe I didn't invest in a wheel sooner. I've had the wheel now for about 4 months or so. The MOMO wheel is WAAAAY better than the Logitech Driving force. I say try the wheel a little longer and you will get used to it.

As for my Super Nes, I'm going back to the place where I got it and looking for some more games. Most of the games above i just feel like i want to play again... So weird.

lessthanjakejohn...I have all golds for my B and A liscenses, thats the only two I have because I haven't really got a good chance to sit down and play the game...but i did that using the analog for throttle and brake...works awesome...and way less expensive then a wheel...though wheels are fun...
