I live in a rural area of WV and fedex continually ****s stuff up, over and over again. UPS owns for rural delivery. Actually though, I've had a lot of stuff shipped dhl lately and its all been fast, cheap, and the boxes arrive in perfect condition.

the only screwup i have ever had with ups is just last week when they switched the label on two packages i sent. they finally got that straightened yesterday. DHL is the way to go for big packages, alot cheaper than any other carrier that i have found

I work at fedex, I'm good with boxes. It's the new people that just kinda throw things and break stuff. Not all us FedEx employees go out of our way to kick big holes in boxes :p

Also around here FedEx pays more. We get some awesome benefits like Paid Vacation for part timers!

***UPDATE***

I finally received that package today. Unreal. It wan't the easy drop off either. I live in an apartment so if no one is home they leave a sticky note and drop it off at the front office.......

I didn't get the sticky note but I saw online that it was delivered. Who had it then? I went to the office and they said they couldn't give me the package without the sticky note. Unreal. I finally proved that I was who I was and they were still reluctant.

I realize this latter half is chalked up to apartment living, but damn if UPS couldn't leave a sticky note for me. It was like they knew they had been screwing me and this was their way to say "we know and don't care"......

Blacklisted.
