Actually Ken block seems like a pretty cool guy who has some good luck and an aggressive marketing team...Xdisaster240sX wrote:Im sick of Ken Block and all the KB fanboi's
He Hitted the guy at 6:59
In Gran Turismo 5 he would have failed for his license...

No, it's fair. Block is not a hermit. Tanner is only slightly better known because of Top Clone.Xdisaster240sX wrote:Thats kinda an unfair question. We all know Tanner and the type of person he is from Top Gear and other shows and events. We dont really know anything about Block besides the fact that he is a great drifter and every under aged boy loves him...He may be a cool guy, He may be a complete ***hole thats full of him self
tanner faust, no question. why? because idk who the hell he is.Bubba1 wrote:Who's less cool, Ken Block or Tanner Faust?
Foust is a professional rally/drift/stunt driver who is also a cohost of the US clone of Top Gear.numbnuts240 wrote:tanner faust, no question. why? because idk who the hell he is.Bubba1 wrote:Who's less cool, Ken Block or Tanner Faust?
I agree. I'm working on his show right now, and he noticed I was wearing DC shoes so he brought in 9 pairs for me. Free stuff is awesome. I thought the least I could do was give the guy some positive publicity here on NICO.Amays U G37S wrote:Rob Dyrdek is cooler
Not saying I will go do it tomorrow... But with as much set time as that guy gets, and as many takes as they use for those videos it is not anything outside of the range of MANY decent amateur drifters.scotty-2-forty wrote:Love to see any of the haters drive anywhere close to that.... probably the same kind of people that stop listening to a band when they get popular, hence "sell-out". Jeezus, just enjoy the drive!
Uhhh, Ken has had plenty of out of car camera time and has done quite a few interviews.Xdisaster240sX wrote:Thats kinda an unfair question. Ken Block in an incredible business man and is probably (I say probably because I haven't met the guy in person nor have I seen how he acts under a more candid spotlight) a nice person.
Ken Block, personally, doesn't brag about how good he is nor does he parade around saying he is the best driver in the world. It's all the viewers and the fanboys that take his media to the next level and rank him next to God. Ken Block could care less about what people think of him just as long as his marketing mission is accomplished; and that is for people to think of him and the DC brand. I think everyone can agree that he has most definitely accomplished that task.
This may be true for much of the stuff on the videos, but there are certain aspects that are incredibly difficult. The boxed in pin turn is impressive. I dont car how many times you try, most people will never have that kind of car control. Ive watched him perform on rally stages, and his abilities show. There are no second takes in rally.Red coupe wrote: Not saying I will go do it tomorrow...
