ok u can take out the carpet w/o removing the dash, but has anyone installed carpet w/o removing the dash?

A cut one yes. I was going to attempt to do so, but im actually leaving my carpet out the hatch. I imagine it would b just a tad hard an extra hand for help would be great. A big a** flathead also to push it under the dash panel.
