How to remove center top piece in dash where clock is 94 j30?

Hey guys im wondering how do I remove the center piece at the top of the dash that has the clock in it because 2 lil plastic pieces that go behind the grills were crooked and I tried to make them straight but they both fell down so I used a flat head to take them out but I wanna put them back in I just cant seem to find a way to remove the center part.
