How to remove trunk cargo divider?

Im looking to tighten up and quiet everything in the rear of my rogue, by adding felt pads and thin weatherstripping where things are loose. There is a piece that holds the car seat anchors in the back, its carpet and black plastic. I can't figure out how to remove this from the metal mounts that supports it.

Can anyone who has done this before give me some pointers on easy removal without damaging anything? It is listed as part 17 in the diagram below

(i wrote it in the link i provided, but ill do it here anyway.)

4. next open the divider in and twist the 4 plastic tabs to release the divider from the trunk area.
there will be 4 in each corner of this divider.




5. after twisting the tabs, and releasing the divider tray, remove it with a gentle tug & place it on the ground
