How to Open up the door assembly from inside!

There is huge rattle inside my right door and sometimes in my left and i cant seem to take off the cover... is there a special way to open in my 2002 QX4.. i just dont wanna break anything..

Can anyone help?

Yes, thanks Towncivilian. I plan on taking apart the drivers side passenger door to fix my power door lock.
