Have got an Infinity QX4 4WD. windows stopped rolling down. Armrest switch does not lock doors and does not roll down any of the 4 windows. How do I take the door cover off? Is there a schematic avail for getting at the sensor button.? Please advise,

resetting sensor didn't fix the problem

Do the other individual door's window switches work? Does the window lock/unlock button on the driver's power window switchpack do anything (press it in and try lowering another window from its specific switch)? If it doesn't, the master window switch pack is probably faulty. Remove it (it just pries off; use a flathead screwdriver covered in cloth to avoid scratching) and ensure the harnesses are secured well and the wiring is intact.
