And a $2 gallon of winshield washer fluid and a few oil changes a year puts a dent in your money compared to hundreds spent a month for insurance and car note? It would take forever for regular maintenance items to add up to the unnecessary things some people do to their Versas...AG wrote:P.S. all cars are like that... first thought is "just monthly payments, insurance, gas" but then unfortunately the sad part "oh, its winter, need floor mats, oh, ran out of windshield washer, oh need an oil change" comes in... =)
Of course, maybe maintaining a 1.8 liter econo family car with fast wearing expensive super high traction tires and Royal Purple oil every 3,000 miles would add up fast. Fortunately, for me, I use Wal-Mart (Supertech) synthetic and change it every 5,000. Just about any econo car's engine would last a super long time just doing that
